System was issued a Notice of Violation for failing to monitor and report its drinking water for SOCs, VOCs and Lead and Copper. System remains in violation and is being issued an Administrative Order requiring system to return to compliance immediately. System remains in violation and is being issued an additional AO for violations. 2/25/15 - Mary Sears Child Care has provided satisfactory samples with the exception of lead and copper. EPA has received information from IL EPA that Mary Sears Child Care has closed and was inactivated on 11/19/14. Due to the system closing, we are no longer pursuing the Administrative Order.
