This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent for Remedial Design ( Settlement Agreement ) is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) and Miller Compressing Company ( Respondent ). This Settlement Agreement provides that Respondent shall undertake a Remedial Design ( RD ), including various procedures and technical analyses, to produce a detailed set of plans and specifications for implementation of the Remedial Action selected in EPA's September 2, 2011 Record of Decision for the Burnham Canal - Miller Compressing Company Superfund Site (the Site ),located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition, Respondent shall reimburse EPA for certain response costs that it incurs in connection with the RD, as provided herein.
