This enforcement action was filed in response to the findings of a random EPCRA compliance inspection which was conducted at Columbian Distribution Services on 1/26/2010. Findings include: 1.) Failure to submit Tier II forms to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department by the March 1 reporting deadline for calendar years 2006 - 2009; 2.) failure to submit MSDSs or a list of all hazardous chemicals onsite over the reporting thresholds to the SERC, LEPC and fire department.
