The AO requires system to: collect an E. coli sample from each ground water source in use at the time the June 2010 routine total coliform positive sample was collected under Section 141.21(a) of the Total Coliform Rule; conduct routine total coliform monitoring during the second and third calendar quarters of 2011; Provide public notification to your customers that you did not collect an E. coli sample from each ground water source in use at the time of the June 2010 routine total coliform positive sample, and did not sample your drinking water for total coliform bacteria during the fourth calendar quarter of 2010; and send copies of sample results along with a written statement certifying which of your system’s ground water sources were in use at the time of the June 2010 routine total coliform positive sample, and a copy of the public notice you posted along with a completed public notice certification statement form.
