Ssystem also submitted an Initial Distribution System Report on February 11, 2010, and EPA issued Rochester Hills a Notification of IDSE Report Completeness February 23, 2010. Finally, system provided public notice for the violations cited in the AO. A letter terminating the AO was issued on March 1, 2010.
