Administrative Order(AO)issued on May 22, 2009 for failure to collect 2nd scheduled May 2007 Cryptosporidium, E. coli and turbidity samples from its three water sources sccording to its approved LT2 initial source water monitoring plan. System met the requirements of the AO by submitting a revised source water monitoring plan and sampling schedule, and monitoring for Cryptosporidium, E. coli and turbidity on June 1, 2009 for the Ralph Scott, Timothy McNamara, and Olentangy treatment plants after U.S. EPA approved system's revised plan and schedule. System also reported the sample results to and your water systems initial bin classifications to U.S. EPA, and provided public notice for the violations cited in the AO. EPA issued a letter terminating the AO on 11/9/2009.
