Administrative Order(AO)issued on March 9, 2009 for failure to sample for TTHM and HAA5 during January, April and July of 2008 according to system's standard monitoring plan for Stage 2 Disinfectant Byproducts Rule 9Stage 2 DBPR). The AO requires the system to conduct standard monitoring for TTHM and HAA5 at 4 standard monitoring sites according to its revised standard monitoring plan.
