Case summary
This enforcement action is the result of a chlorine release which occurred at Delphi Automotive Systems on June 13, 2007. As part of the investigation, it was determined that chlorine was stored onsite in excess of the RQ and that chlorine was not included in the Tier II forms submitted for calendar years 2004, 2005 and 2006. Delphi also failed to submit an MSDS for chlorine to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department.
