The Plaintiffs have filed an amended complaint in this matter pursuant to Sections 106 and 107 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9606 and 9607 ( CERCLA ), seeking injunctive relief regarding the cleanup of the Lower Fox River and Green Bay Site (the Fox River Site ) and recovery of certain response costs incurred in connection with releases and threatened releases of hazardous substances at and from the Site from the City of De Pere.
