Case summary
By June 30, 2008, Scotts must ensure that its Title V permit reflects the correct standard for P014 of 0.2 lb/hr of PM. In addition, by June 30, 2008, Scotts shall apply and obtain for and make all reasonable efforts to obtain a modification to its existing Title V permit for the P019 and P067. In the Title V modification, The Scotts Company must establish one PM limit for P019 and P067 combined. Since the current Title V does not accurately capture the operations for those emission units above, The Scotts Company is correcting the above crtieria through a permit modification.
