U.S. EPA FILES A CONSENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL ORDER (CAFO) WITH FLAVORCHEM COMPANY On September 14, 2006, U.S. EPA Region 5 filed a CAFO with Flavorchem Company (Flavorchem), located at1525 Brook Drive, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515. Flavorchem agreed to resolve this matter with a payment of a civil penalty amount of $67,433, and filed Annual Reports for calendar years 2003 and 2004, with the Illinois EPA.
