U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Region 5 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under the Clean Air Act to Pollution Control Industries (PCI) for their facility located at 4343 Kennedy Avenue, East Chicago, Indiana.
