During an EPCRA 311/312 inspection it was discovered that Five Star Laundry had quantities of sulfuric acid in excess of the minimum threshold level of 500 lbs in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Five Star Laundry did not submit Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory forms to the SERC or LEPC/Fire Department for 2003 and 2004 and submitted late reports for 2005
