U.S. EPA FILES AN ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT AGAINST CIRCUITRONICS LLC, WHEATON, IL On September 27, 2005, Region 5 filed an Administrative Complaint against Circuitronics LLC. (Circuitronics).
