January 7, 2005, Section 309(a) Administrative Compliance Order for restoration of 2 acres of wetlands and 1,885 feet of Martin Branch and tributaries thereto. May 1, 2006 Administrative Penalty Order for $120,000 went to hearing in March, April and May 2007 and was dismissed because of Statute of Limitations. Subsequently referred to U.S. DOJ for injunctive relief.
