Case summary
Mistersky will be required to achieve, demonstrate and maintain compliance with the Acid Rain Program for the affected units including completion of initial certifications, performing of RATAs and a certification that all units are in compliance with the Acid Rain Program within one year of the effective date of the Administrative Order. A CAFO will resolve past violations that have already been corrected and to collect a penalty for all Acid Rain Program and NSPS violations.
