Case summary
Viking manufactures architectural coatings. During the production years of 1999-2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003 Viking manufactured coatings in violation of the Architectural Coatings Rule. As a result of this action, Viking corrected past reporting and fee payment issues and agreed to no longer manufacture any of the noncompliant coatings. In addition, Viking has corrected deficiencies in labeling of the companies products. Actions taken by Viking will bring the company back into compliance with the rule.
