Multi media inspection conducted at Haynes 8/28/2001 and follow up sampling inspection was conducted by the RCRA program 1/29/02. Baguse dust near the Electric Arc furnace dust collector 22 was being disposed of on equipment on the ground and possibly adjacent water surfaces. Based on the analysis of the samples; USEPA determined that two of the samples exceeded regulatory levels for chromium (D007).
