Johnson Controls, Inc is an 14 acre inactive site that has had several historical idustrial operations dating back to 1949. Johnson has completed three phases of RCRA facility investigations(RFI). The RFI have concluded that there is sitewide contamination, of soil, groundwater, surface water and sediments. JCI must propose a final corrective measure to protect human health and the environment from all current and future unacceptable risks due to releases of hazardous waste or hazardous constituents at or from the facilty by February 2004.
