Case summary

Under the proposed Consent Decree, Amrox and Magnetics will come into compliance with all of the requirements of the Subpart CCC NESHAP at the Portage and Burns Harbor facilities, and will determine if the Rockport facility is subject to the Subpart CCC NESHAP. If the Subpart CCC NESHAP is applicable at the Rockport facility, then Amrox will comply with all of its requirements. In addition, Amrox and Magnetics will pay a civil penalty and will conduct two community-based SEPs.
