STANDARD PROCESS HAD 3 RELEASES OF AMMONIA ABOVE THE REPORT- ABLE QUANTITY THAT WERE NOT IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER. ON DEC. 30, 1996 THEY REPORTED AN 800 LB. RELEASE, ON JULY 3, 1998 THEY REPORTED A 6,000 LB. RELEASE, AND ON AUGUST 20, 1999 THEY REPORTED A 245LB. RELEASE. THE REPORTABLE QUANTITY IS 100 LBS. THESE RELEASE S ALL OCCURRED FROM PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES. AFTER RECEIVING OUR PREFILING NOTICE STANDARD PROCESS SUFFICENTLY DEMONSTRA- TED THAT THE AMOUNT OF EACH RELEASE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN ORIGINALLY REPORTED.
