The AO requires the water system to notify the public of past violations, and to sample once for nitrate and for four consectutive quarters for coliform bacteria. On 12/28/2001 MDEQ confirmed that system ownership had changed, and that the new business opened at the end of August, 2001. AO termination letter was issued to old owner on 01/06/2003.
