The AO requires the system to notify the public of past monitoring violations, and monitor for coliform bacteria for four consecutive quarters. The system complied with the AO by providing public notice of past mon. viols. and monitored each quarter with the exception of the 4th quarter, 2000, but monitored each subsequent quarter. A letter terminating the AO was issued to the system on 2/13/2003.
