THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL OTHER OWNERS SINCE 1977. NO MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS HAVE TAKEN PLACE AT THE SITE SINCE 1980. IN 1995, U.S. EPA FOUND SEVERAL BAIL SAMPLES WITH HIGH LEAD LEVELS.
