Respondent has fully complied with its responsibilities under the Settlement Agreement. Based on the above; and pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement; Complainant hereby moved to withdraw the Administrative Complaint in this administrative action. Order signed July 7; 2004 by ALJ and filed September 9; 2004 with the RHC dismissing Administrative Complaint. Case Officially Closed July 7; 2004.
