No. 86182-7-88783) Shipper/Manufacturer: Stockton (Israel) Limited Consignee: Summit Agro USA LLC Date of Importation: February 20, 2026 Port of Entry: Port of Memphis, Tennessee - 2006 It appears that the product is not in compliance with the Act and is subject to refusal of entry into the United States due to the following violation(s): FIFRA ? 12(a)(l)(A), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(l)(A): To sell or distribute to any person any pesticide that is not registered under Section 3 or whose registration has been cancelled or suspended, except to the extent that distribution or sale otherwise has been authorized by the Administrator under FIFRA. The product does not include a full EPA approved label. Since the label on the distributor product being sold or distributed does not have the full label that matches that of the registered pesticide's EPA approved label, the pesticide is not registered with the EPA.
