The following information pertains to this shipment: Entry Number: DM4-08447801 Product Name(s): Hoenle UV Disinfection Gmnh Lamps Shipper/Manufacturer: HOENLE UV DISINFECTION GMBH Consignee: Sterlite Technologies Inc Date of Importation: November 30, 2025 Port of Entry: Port of Charlotte, North Carolina (1512) It appears that the product is not in compliance with the Act and is subject to refusal of entry into the United States due to the following violation(s): ? FIFRA ? 12(a)(1)(F): To sell or distribute a pesticide device that is misbranded. Specifically, the device does not appear to be labeled in accordance with FIFRA ? 2(q)(1). Devices must be produced in an EPA Registered Establishment and the EPA Establishment number for where production last occurred must appear on the product label. Device labels must also include adequate directions for use and warning or caution statements. The product label does not appear to have the EPA Establishment Number, precautionary statements, or adequate directions for use.
