The following information pertains to this shipment: Entry Number: 8UE-02770393 Product Name(s): Lone Star Spirit XL Rigid Core Collection (PVC flooring) Shipper/Manufacturer: Vietnam Risesun New Material Company Limited Consignee: RegalCraft Inc. Date of Importation: November 3, 2025 Port of Entry: Port of Port of Jacksonville, Florida - 1803 It appears that the product is not in compliance with the Act and is subject to refusal of entry into the United States due to the following violation(s):  FIFRA ? 12(a)(1)(F) To sell or distribute a pesticide device that is misbranded. Specifically, the device does not appear to be labeled in accordance with FIFRA ? 2(q)(1). Devices must be produced in an EPA Registered Establishment and the EPA Establishment number for where production last occurred must appear on the product label. Additionally, the product label appears to include claims that are false or misleading in relation to the efficacy of the product. Please note that the terms sanitize, disinfect and sterilize have separate meanings under FIFRA regarding a products effectiveness as a pesticide or device. FIFRA ? 12(a)(2)(N) Failure to file reports required by the Act. The importer or the importer's agent did not file a Notice of Arrival of Pesticide and Devices (NOA) EPA Form 3540-1 prior to the arrival of the shipment in the U.S. or an electronic alternative to the NOA, filed with the entry documentation, via any U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) authorized electronic data interchange system.
