On July 8, 2026, the EPA conducted an inspection at Respondent's facility located at 5775 Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Suite 170, Norcross, Georgia 30071 (Facility). During the inspection, Respondent stated that Green Leaf Powder Cockroach and Ant Killing Bait was available for purchase. During the inspection, the inspector photographed Green Leaf Powder Cockroach and Ant Killing Bait, including its label, as it was available for purchase at the Facility. Based on the preceding paragraphs, the inspector observed Green Leaf Powder Cockroach and Ant Killing Bait being offered for sale by Respondent. A review of the Green Leaf Powder Cockroach and Ant Killing Bait label found the following claims: Cockroach Killer and Strongly effective in killing cockroach and its eggs. Based on the claims, Green Leaf Powder Cockroach and Ant Killing Bait is a substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing, destroying, repelling, or mitigating any pest.
