STOP SALE, USE, OR REMOVAL ORDER: 09/02/2026 This Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO or Order) is issued to Respondent, Saldom Group LLC (Respondent), pursuant to the authority vested in the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or the Agency) by Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended (FIFRA or the Act), 7 U.S.C. 136k(a), which authorizes the Administrator of the EPA to issue an order prohibiting the sale, use, or removal of any pesticide or device by any person who owns, controls, or has custody of such pesticide or device whenever there is reason to believe that such pesticide or device is in violation of any provision of FIFRA, or the pesticide or device has been, or is intended to be, distributed or sold in violation of any provision of FIFRA. Distribution or Sale of Unregistered Pesticides in Violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A) The Respondent in this matter is Saldom Group LLC, a limited liability company, doing business in the State of North Carolina (Respondent). Respondent distributes food and goods locally to businesses in North Carolina and South Carolina for retail sale. On May 12, 2026, the EPA conducted an inspection at Respondent's facility located at 12032 Carolina Logistics Drive, Suite F, Pineville, North Carolina 28134 (Facility). Pursuant to Section 13(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136k(a), Respondent is hereby ordered to STOP any further distribution, sale, offer for sale, use, or removal of all quantities of the unregistered pesticides identified in Section III of this SSURO that are owned, controlled, or in the custody of Respondent wherever located in the United States, or that may come into the possession of Respondent. Within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of this SSURO, Respondent shall provide the EPA with an accounting of all existing inventory of any pesticide subject to this SSURO, including the location(s) where the pesticide is held, quantity of the pesticide, and container size(s) of the pesticide. Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of this SSURO, Respondent shall submit to the EPA a written proposal describing how it plans to comply with this SSURO.
