FIFRA ? 12(a)(1)(F) To sell or distribute a pesticide device that is misbranded. Specifically, the device does not appear to be labeled in accordance with FIFRA ? 2(q)(1). Specifically, the product manual includes a false or misleading claim specifically 40 CFR 156.10(a)(5)(ii). The manual includes a claim to kill germs and/or microorganisms and isn?t qualified.
