The following information pertains to this shipment: Entry Number: 413-93225607 Product Name(s): Sauna Room Shipper/Manufacturer: White Jade Industrial Limited Consignee: Sunrise View Inc. Date of Importation: November 11, 2024 Port of Entry: Port of Jacksonville, Florida (Port Code 1803) It appears that the product is not in compliance with the Act and is subject to refusal of entry into the United States due to the following violation(s): ? FIFRA ? 12(a)(1)(F): To sell or distribute a pesticide device that is misbranded. Specifically, the pesticide device is not labeled in accordance with FIFRA ? 2(q)(1) in that the labels and/or labeling includes claims that are considered false or misleading pursuant to 40 C.F.R. 156.10(a)(5)(ii). Additionally, pesticide devices must be produced in an EPA-registered establishment and the EPA establishment number must appear on the product?s label. Upon EPA review, the product label does not bear the EPA establishment number for where the product was produced. ? FIFRA ? 12(a)(2)(N): Failure to file reports required by the Act. The importer or the importer's agent did not file or did not complete: o A Notice of Arrival of Pesticide and Devices (NOA) EPA Form 3540-1 prior to the arrival of the shipment in the U.S.; or o An electronic alternative to the NOA filed with the entry documentation via any CBP authorized electronic data interchange system.
