JANUARY 14, 2026 - STOP SALE, USE, OR REMOVAL ORDER On March 10, 2025, and March 24, 2025, an authorized representative of the EPA conducted inspections at Crossroads Coatings? Facility. During the March 10, 2025, inspection, a Crossroads Coatings? representative advised the inspector that the company produces Caliwel Antimicrobial Industrial Specialty Coating (Product Number 1-1-9175) and Caliwel Antimicrobial Home & Office Interior Latex (Product Number 1-1-9182) for Alistagen Corporation (Alistagen). The Crossroads Coatings? representative further advised that these products are shipped to Alistagen or drop shipped to Alistagen?s customers. The Crossroads Coatings? representative also stated that the company produces Lime Prime Mold Proof Primer (Product Number 1-1-9182) for Earthpaint, Inc. (Earthpaint), and ships the product to Earthpaint in Asheville, North Carolina. Additionally, the Crossroads Coatings? representative stated that Product Number 1-1-9182 could be sold and distributed as ?Caliwel Antimicrobial Home & Office Interior Latex? or as ?Lime Prime Mold Proof Primer.? During the March 10, 2025, inspection, a Crossroads Coatings? representative told the inspector that Caliwel Antimicrobial Home & Office Interior Latex (Product Number 1-1-9182) was being produced and sold in 1-gallon and 5-gallon containers, and that Caliwel Antimicrobial Industrial Specialty Coating (Product Number 1-1-9175) was being produced and sold in 1-gallon, 5-gallon, and 55-gallon containers. During the March 10, 2025, inspection, a Crossroads Coatings? representative told the inspector that Lime Prime Mold Proof Primer (Product Number 1-1-9182) was being produced and sold in 1-gallon and 5-gallon containers. During the March 10, 2025, inspection, the inspector collected product labels for Caliwel Antimicrobial Industrial Specialty Coating (Product Number 1-1-9175) (1-gallon, 5-gallon) and Caliwel Antimicrobial Home & Office Interior Latex (Product Number 1-1-9182) (1-gallon, 5-gallon). Pursuant to Section 13(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136k(a), Respondent is hereby ordered to STOP any further distribution, sale, offer for sale, use, or removal of all quantities of the unregistered pesticides identified in Section III of this SSURO that are owned, controlled, or in the custody of Respondent wherever located in the United States, or that may come into the possession of Respondent. Respondent shall undertake all actions required by this SSURO and comply with all requirements of this SSURO. Within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of this SSURO, Respondent shall submit to the EPA a written proposal describing how it plans to comply with the requirements of this SSURO.
