NOVEMBER 15, 2022 - ADMINISTRATIVE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND ORDER ON CONSENT FOR ENGINEERING EVALUATION AND COST ANALYSIS On November 15, 2004, Oak Bark Chemical Corporation (?Oak Bark?) acquired the Wright property. Oak Bark, a specialty chemical producer, was formed as a result of a management buyout of the Wright Chemical Corporation. Oak Bark is a current owner and operator at the Site. Based upon EPA?s Findings of Fact and EPA?s Conclusions of Law and Determinations set forth above, and the administrative record, it is hereby Ordered and Agreed that Respondents shall comply with all provisions of this Settlement, including, but not limited to, all appendices to this Settlement and all documents incorporated by reference into this Settlement. In the event of conflict between this Settlement and any appendix, this Settlement shall control.
