Specifically, the device does not appear to be labeled in accordance with FIFRA ? 2(q)(1). Devices must be produced in an EPA Registered Establishment and the EPA Establishment number for where production last occurred must appear on the product label. Device labels must also include adequate directions for use and warning or caution statement. The product label does not appear to have precautionary language or the EPA Establishment Number of the EPA registered establishment where it was last produced nor does there to be directions for use provided on the label or as labeling.
