The pesticide product in this shipment does not appear to be labeled according to 40 CFR 156.10. Specifically, the label is missing the active ingredient percentage, the net contents is not stated as prescribed, the label is missing adequate hazard and precautionary statements, and the label is missing adequate directions for use (see 40 CFR 156.10(a)(1)(iii), (vi), (vii), and (viii).
