JUNE 26, 2023 - NOTICE OF WARNING Upon review of a copy of the label affixed to the pesticide product Thidiazuron ? Tech, it was determined that the pesticide product was misbranded pursuant to FIFRA Section 2(q)(1)(D), 7 U.S.C. ? 136(q)(1)(D), whereby a pesticide product is misbranded if its label does not bear the EPA Establishment Number of the producer. Specifically, the product was labeled with the EPA Establishment Number 715132-KOR-1, but it should have been 71532-KOR-1. By undertaking actions to import pesticide products into the United States that were misbranded, the EPA has determined that ISK Biosciences Corporation is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E), U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(E), whereby it is unlawful for any person in any State to distribute or sell to any person any pesticide which is misbranded.
