The Settling Defendants are Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (on behalf of Armstrong Wood Products, Inc.), VIACOMCBS, Inc., and TCOM, L.P. The Settling Federal Agency is the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). A final RA will follow this Interim RD/RA to address any remaining groundwater contamination at the Site. Soil contamination is expected to be addressed completely by this action.
