Specifically, the pesticide product label does not appear to be labeled properly in accordance with 40 CFR 156.10(a)(1)(iii) in that the net contents is not on the label. In addition, the product is not labeled properly in accordance with 40 CFR 156.10(a)(1)(vi) in that the percentages of active ingredients are not stated as precisely as possible so to reflect good manufacturing practice. Use of symbols such as ?greater than (>),? and ?less than (<)? is inappropriate for the statement of percentages of active ingredients in that it does not meet the above requirement to convey precise information.
