JULY 21, 2022 - NOTICE OF WARNING As set forth in Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 36(j)(1)(E), it is unlawful for any person in any State to distribute or sell to any person any pesticide which is misbranded. In response to the potential violation of FIFRA at the facility, the EPA is issuing this Notice of Warning (NOW) to Innovative Chemical Technologies pursuant to FIFRA Section 9(c)(3), 7 U.S.C. 136g(c)(3).
