AUGUST 1, 2022 - SPCC Expedited Settlement Agreement Pursuant to CWA Section 311(b)(6)(B)(i) United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) conducted an inspection of Respondent's facility located at 11631 U.S. Route 23, Catlettsburg, Kentucky 41129 (the Facility), to determine compliance with the Oil Pollution Prevention regulations promulgated at 40 C.F.R.
