AUGUST 30, 2021 - NOTICE OF REFUSAL OF ADMISSION FIFRA 12(a)(1)(F) To sell or distribute a pesticide device that is misbranded. Specifically, the device is not labelled in accordance with FIFRA Section 2(q)(1) in that device labels must include a warning or caution statement, the name and address of the producer, registrant, or person for whom the product was produced, and the net weight of the product which the product labeling does not appear to have. Additionally, the product label appears to include claims that are false or misleading such as #1 Bed Bug Glue Trapand Non-Toxic. Please review Chapter 12 of the Label Review Manual which lists safety claims and comparative statements to be misleading.
