Respondent violated the reporting requirements of Section 312 of EPCRA by failing to submit the required Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Form for sulfuric acid for calendar years 2015, 2016 and 2017, by March 1 of 2016, 2017 and 2018, respectively, and is therefore subject to the assessment of penalties under Section 325 of EPCRA, 42 U.S.C. Section 11045.
