IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF 40 CFR SECTION 141.201, PUBLIC WATER SYSTEMS FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY NATIONAL PRIMARY DRINKING WATER REGULATIONS (NPDWR) MUST GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE TO PERSONS SERVED BY THE WATER SYSTEM.
