10/13/09 - ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER ISSUED. THE SYSTEM VIOLATED THE SDWA AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS BY FAILING TO CONDUCT STANDARD MONITORING AT 2 LOCATIONS FOR TOTAL TRIHALOMETHANES (TTHMs) AND HALO ACETIC ACIDS (HAA5s) IN ACCORDANCE WITH 40 CFR 141.601(b). ORDER REQUIRES: THE SYSTEM SHALL BEGIN MONITORING DURING THE MONTHS OF OCT 2009, JAN 2010 AND APR 2010. THE MONITORING SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF 40 CFR 141.601(b) AND 141.601(c)(1). NO LATER THAN JULY 1, 2010, THE SYSTEM SHALL SUBMIT TO EPA ALL MONITORING RESULTS AND A COMPLETE INITIAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM EVALUATION (IDSE) REPORT PURSUANT TO 40 CFR 141.601(c)(1).
