WITHIN 30 DAYS, THE SYSTEM SHALL SUBMIT THE STANDARD MONITORING PLAN PREPARED PURSUANT TO 40 CFR 141.601(a); OR THE SYSTEM SPECIFIC STUDY PLAN PREPARED TO 40 CFR 141.602(a); OR THE 4030 CERTIFICATION PREPARE PURSUANT TO 40 CFR 141.603(b) TO EPA.
