Case summary

This CD with Honeywell International Inc. (Honeywell) for the Solitron Devices Superfund Alternative Site (the Site) resolves EPA’s claims under Sections 106 and 107 of CERCLA against Honeywell and binds Honeywell to perform the Remedial Design and Remedial Action selected in the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Site. Honeywell has paid the past costs associated with this Site under the terms of the Administrative Order on Consent to Perform the Feasibility Study, dated March 1, 1999, and under the terms of the Administrative Order on Consent for Remedial Design data collection activities, dated December 13, 2006.
