THE RESPONDENT ALSO PROVIDED EVIDENCE THAT IT HAS CORRECTED THE VIOLATIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE: (1) A COMPLETED US EPA REFRIGERANT RECOVERY OR RECYCLING DEVICE ACQUISITION FORM; AND (2) A LIST OF ITS CERTIFIED MVAC TECHNICIANS WITH CERTIFICATION NUMBERS.
