'The purpose of this referral is to request that DOJ file a proof of claim in the VecTour, Inc., bankruptcy proceeding pursuant to the CAA to obtain penalty payment for violations of the CAA at VecTour of Florida, Inc. (VecTour) facility in Davie, FL. VecTour operates a tour bus and charter transit service and performs maintenance at its Davie, FL facility. The EPA issued a Notice of Violation letter to VecTour on July 18, 2001, alleging violations of 40 C.F.R. Part 82, Protection of Stratospheric Ozone.
