IN A LETTER TO EPA, DATED 6/29/99, US FILTER/FLUID DYNAMICS DISCLOSED TO EPA THAT DURING THE COURSE OF AN INTERNAL AUDIT ON JUNE 23, 1999, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE FACILITY MAY HAVE VIOLATED EPCRA REGULATIONS BY FAILING TO SUBMIT FORM R REPORTS FOR 1997 AND 1998 FOR ITS FACILITY IN DELAND, FLORIDA. WITHIN 6 DAYS OF DISCOVERY OF THE VIOLATION, US FILTER INFORMED EPA IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBLE VIOLATION. CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS PROMPT IN THAT THE VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED WITH 60 DAYS OF DISCOVERY.
