WITHIN 6 DAYS OF DISCOVERY OF THE VIOLATION, US FILTER INFORMED EPA IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBLE VIOLATION. CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS PROMPT IN THAT THE VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED WITH 60 DAYS OF DISCOVERY.
